CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BAG BOXING

Combines mind, body, core, and music for a total body workout. With every punch and kick, your body gets stronger, leaner, and all of your stress is released. You will leave class dripping in sweat, feeling totally confident and empowered, and ready to tackle the world. Designed for all levels, this high energy, music-driven fitness kickboxing workout combines cardio, body-weight and strength. No experience? No problem! As you get stronger, you will be inspired to push yourself to be the best YOU, that you can be. Let’s get ready to sweat together! 

Equipment needed: Boxing Gloves, Clean fitness shoes

*punch cards can be used for all Bag Boxing and TRX/Core classes

CASTOR'S FIGHT CLUB

Castor's Fight Club is a boxing class for anyone fighting Parkinson’s, Alzheimers, or just the effects that aging takes on your balance, mobility, and strength. This full-body workout helps with agility and hand-eye coordination, all of which can be affected by Parkinson’s and other neurological diseases. Boxing can help build muscle, and strengthens speech with the practice of vocal projection. Improvements in walking, balance, performance of daily activities and quality of life have been shown in people who box regularly. We jam out to great classic music, and add a few dance steps to make it fun. This also makes for a great beginners boxing class! Join our group and start fighting with us!!

TRX/CORE

This small group training class takes you one step closer to personal training! Our all new TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Our TRX/Core class offers  suspension training, tons of core, (including gliders, stability ball, etc) weights, boxing, and bursts of cardio. This class will tone you all over, while burning fat, building endurance, and strength. 

ALL fitness levels welcome.
